"Silver and Black Pride is more than just a fan club," said organization founder Ryan Regan. "It's a way for us to come together as a community and support our team. We want to create a positive environment for Raiders fans to enjoy the game day experience."

One of the primary goals of Silver and Black Pride is to provide unwavering support to the Las Vegas Raiders. The organization hosts tailgate parties before home games, organizes stadium giveaways, and leads fan marches to the Allegiant Stadium.
